Individuals typically meet over a nine- to 12-month period with Virginia Diamond, a certified coach and consultant with more than 15 years experience in the public and private sectors. Through initial conversations, they agree on goals and desired outcomes. Virginia then designs a customized program that draws on proven coaching models and techniques and incorporates exercises and activities that are unique to each client’s individual needs.
