Our structured Team Development approach brings managers and their teams together to identify strengths and limitations and agree on team goals. We then help your team craft a realistic action plan for reaching its true performance potential.
As a neutral third party, Diamond Insight brings fresh perspective and full objectivity. We create a safe environment for team members to speak openly and honestly—helping bring to light those issues that are most difficult to discuss yet have an enormous impact on team performance.
Team Development is ideal for teams of all sizes that are high performing, yet want to “up their game;” are anticipating major changes; or are experiencing performance issues.
The facilitator meets individually with managers and team members to understand the context and goals for team development, as well as individual perspectives. After previewing key themes and potential solutions with the manager, the facilitator leads a team-wide workshop to explore potential solutions and develop a concrete action plan and timeline for addressing key issues.
As appropriate, the facilitator checks in periodically with the team manager to review progress and provide ongoing support.
